Configuration For Netscape Communicator 4.5 - 4.7 :

Open Netscape Communicator

Go to Edit in the menu bar, then select Preferences.

Double Click on Advanced Then on Proxies.

Check on Manual Proxy Configuration

Click on View

Fill in the Http: , Ftp: , Security : proxy.shaheer.net.sa
and in the Port section Fill : 8080

And in the Do not use proxy server for domains beginning with Fill in *.shaheer.net.sa

Click OK then Ok again.
