1- Open Outlook Express. 
2- Click on tools then on accounts. 
3- Click on mail and click add mail. 
4- Fill your name, Click next. 
5- Fill in your email address, username@shaheer.net.sa click next 
6- Fill in the incoming mail server : pop.shaheer.net.sa and outgoing mail server : smtp.shaheer.net.sa click next. 
7- Fill in pop account name : your user name and fill in your password. Click on next.
